Inov-8 Womens Roclite Low GTX
Waterproof hiking shoes that are light, comfortable and agile, with all the protection you need. Meet the ROCLITE GTX.
The ROCLITE GTX features a STICKYGRIP rubber outsole that excels on all surfaces, whether soft, boggy mud, or hard packed trail. The shoe's 6mm lugs take their inspiration from the shape of a mountain goat's hoof, providing strong grip on any terrain and releasing any mud of debris when you take your next stride.
Built on a brand-new, anatomical shape, the ROCLITE GTX fits snugly at the heel, giving you that locked-in feel, and then widens to allow your toes to splay. This gives the comfortable, secure and responsive feel you want for long hikes over challenging ground.
Cushioning is provided by our lightest, most cushioned and responsive foam to date: POWERFLOW PRO. This midsole foam lets you feel light and agile on your hike, with the perfect balance of cushioning and ground feel.
Packed with protective features, the ROCLITE GTX has a flexible META-PLATE for underfoot protection from rocks and a toe bumper to guard against stubs on tree roots or other trail hazards. Waterproof protection is provided by a GORE-TEX membrane, allowing comfortable year-round use, whatever the weather.

WALKING FOOTWEAR
It’s important to regularly clean your walking boots or shoes in order to maintain the effectiveness of its upper and waterproof membrane.
WASHING:
For best results hand wash your shoes as close to the end of your hike as possible. To wash your shoes:
Tip the shoe upside down to remove any debris from inside.
Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.
Brush off dried/caked mud using a soft brush.
Rinse your shoes under cold or lukewarm water while brushing off any remaining mud/debris (an old toothbrush is perfect for this).
For more in-depth cleaning, and to revitalise any water-repellent treatment, we recommend using Grangers® Footwear & Gear Cleaner spray.
DRYING:
Place your shoes in a warm room, an airing cupboard or outside (but not in direct sunlight) to dry. Do not dry your shoes in a tumble drier or next to radiators, fireplaces or hot summer sunlight.
You can speed up the drying process by removing the shoe’s insole and shoelaces, and by stuffing them with newspaper.
Make sure your shoes are completely dry before wearing again.
RE-WATERPROOFING:
As with all water-repellent treatments, over time they begin to lose their effectiveness. To maintain your shoe’s waterproof finish, we recommend periodically re-waterproofing them using a product such as Grangers® Footwear Repel Plus.
