Selwyn Wright has spent a lifetime running amongst the hills he loves. Banned by the AAA for standing up for a principle, he became secretary of the Fell Runners Association.
With John Brockbank he was the first runner to complete the 66 mile, 42 peak Bob Graham Round in Winter and now chairs the BG Club.
A competitor for over 40 years, long time organiser of both the Three Shires and Blisco races, running coach and orienteer, his story is a rich and central part of fellrunning.
All stock at Pete Bland Sports is personally signed by Selwyn, with all profits on the book going to the charity Age UK.
