SPECIAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We despatch goods, 5 days a week, 9am-3pm.

We use Royal Mail for goods delivered in the UK.

Orders placed over the weekend (after noon Friday) and Bank Holidays will be posted on the following working day.

If you would like your parcel left in a safe place, we can advise Royal Mail to do so but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this is a secure location. Pete Bland Sports is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a delivery being left in a designated safe place. If you are unsure whether you will be present to receive your parcel and have no safe location for it to be left, you can designate a different delivery address, i.e. work.

DELIVERY TIMES

£12 Guarenteed Next Day Delivery (SD1) is a guaranteed delivery up to 6pm the following day, including Saturdays (but not Sundays), place your order before 1pm to ensure despatch in time. We do not despatch any orders (including Next Day Orders) on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Next Day Deliveries are only guaranteed for UK Mainland. If you are ordering to Islands & Highlands, we cannot guarantee their delivery the next day but it will be expedited. If you have any queries, please contact us.

£8.00 Strandard Next Day, Royal mail aim for it to be delivered the next day but this is not guarenteed.

Standard Delivery (tracked) - delivery time is 2-4 working days from when you receive the despatch confirmation, but this may take upto 10 working days.

Standard Delivery (non tracked, under £30) - delivery time is within 3-4 working days from when you recieve the despatch confirmation, this may take upto 10 days as Royal Mail can not guarentee delivery of non tracked items in a specific time frame.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are as follows:

• ORDERS UP TO £30.00: - FREE (Untracked)
• ORDERS OVER £30.00: - FREE (Royal Mail 48HR Tracked)
• NEXT DAY DELIVERY: - £8 (Royal Mail 24HR Tracked, Not Guaranteed)
• NEXT DAY DELIVERY: - £12 (Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm)

Christmas Delivery Times

Please order by 9am on Friday 20th December for Christmas delivery. Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery services.

 

• We are unable to ship abroad at the present time

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email, along with a tracking number where applicable. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a Despatch Confirmation email.

During busy times and Bank Holidays, delivery times may be extended.
